AminetExtract - Downloads a file from aminet and extracts it

Usage: aminetextract NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Aminetextract works similiar to aminetget but it automatically extracts the
downloaded file and deletes the archive. If no DESTINATION is given the
downloaded file will be extracted to the current working directory.
