AminetGet - Downloads a file from Aminet

Usage: aminetget NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Aminetget relies on the results from the command aminetsearch, when you 
search for a file using aminetsearch you get a numbered list back, and to 
download a file you simply type aminetget and the number of the file to 
download. The file will be downloaded to the current directory if no 
DESTINATION is given.
