CheckIfSYS - Checks if a Device/Volume is SYS:

Usage: DEVICE/A

This script can be used to check if any given Device/Volume/Assign is the 
same as SYS: and returns WARN if not.

Example:
 1> checkifsys DH0:
 1> Echo $RC
 0

 1> checkifsys "Ram Disk:"
 1> Echo $RC
 5
