FishGet - Downloads a file from the Fred Fish Disk collection

Usage: FishGet NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

FishGet relies on the results from the command FishSearch. When you 
search for a file using FishSearch you get a numbered list back and to 
download a file you simply type FishGet and the number of the file to 
download. The file will be downloaded to the current directory if no 
DESTINATION is given.
