modlandget - Downloads a file from Modland

Usage: modlandget NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Modlandget relies on the results from the command modlandsearch, when you 
search for a file using modlandsearch you get a numbered list back, and to 
download a file you simply type modlandget and the number of the file to 
download. The file will be downloaded to the current directory if no 
DESTINATION is given.
