UHCMirrorGet - Downloads a file using a Mirror-List

Usage: uhcmirrorget MIRRORLIST/A,FILENAME/A,DESTINATION,QUIET/S

UHCMirrorGet uses a MirrorList with a base URL and then tries to download a
given filename from all the mirrors in the list. A MirrorList can look like:

uhc.megaburken.net/
uhc.driar.se/
uhc.a1k.org/

If no destination is given the downloaded file will be placed in the current
directory. QUIET toggles if a progressbar will be shown or not when
downloading.
